At 18.40hrs, HM Coastguard requested the launch of our D Class lifeboat, George Bearman II to reports of someone in the water at Topsham.
While on passage to the incidedent it was reported the potential casualty was safely ashore, so the lifeboat was stood down and returned to the boathouse.
