Operational Update
Our Shannon-class all-weather lifeboat, R and J Welburn (13-03), will launch on its usual Wednesday evening training exercise on 12 August. After the exercise, the lifeboat will remain on its wet mooring while a number of training exercises are carried out over the following few days.
As a result, the lifeboat will not be in the station during this period. It is expected to be recovered to the station during the early evening of Saturday 15 August.
