Philip Keddie, owner of Sunshine Rentals and chairman of the Devon Branch of the National Association of Estate Agents 2009/10 handed over a cheque for £300.00 to Exmouth RNLI recently.

Philip commented: “We feel, as a community that lives by the coast, that we owe a huge debt of gratitude to these brave people who willingly risk their lives to save ours at sea.”

The money was raised at the Devon Branch of the National Association of Estate agents by prize draws run at every meeting while Philip was chairman in 2009/10.
